bt1111 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the bt1111 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at https://bt1111.pro. "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the Platform. "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account. "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, virtual game, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To open an account on bt1111, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as principal; (c) provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name, date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh; (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 bt1111 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

2.3 You may only open one account on the Platform. If bt1111 discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 You must notify bt1111 immediately if any of your registration details change, including your mobile number or payment method. bt1111 is not responsible for losses arising from failure to update account information.

3. Account Verification

3.1 bt1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method before making a withdrawal or at any other time bt1111 deems necessary.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Proof of address may include a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months.

3.3 bt1111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until verification is complete. If verification documents cannot be provided to bt1111's satisfaction within a reasonable period, bt1111 may close the account and return any verified deposits to the original payment method.

4. Deposits

4.1 bt1111 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated on the Platform for a specific payment method or promotion. bt1111 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in the majority of cases. bt1111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. bt1111 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be closed.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. bt1111 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within this window, though delays may occur during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.2 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. bt1111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal.

5.3 A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies unless otherwise stated. bt1111 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider's own charges remain your responsibility.

5.4 bt1111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 bt1111 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Bonuses are generally subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 bt1111 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and partly used by a Player.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other activity bt1111 reasonably determines to be an exploitation of promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. bt1111 may forfeit bonus amounts and winnings and close the account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

7. Game Rules and Betting

7.1 All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you agree to those specific rules.

7.2 All bets placed on bt1111 are final once confirmed. bt1111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where the Platform itself has suffered a technical error that materially affected the integrity of the bet.

7.3 bt1111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where: (a) incorrect odds were published due to a technical error; (b) the event was abandoned, suspended, or cancelled; (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed using inside information or as part of match-fixing activity.

7.4 Maximum win limits apply to sports betting markets and certain casino games. These limits are published on the relevant game or market page and may be updated from time to time. bt1111 is not obliged to pay out winnings in excess of the stated maximum win limit.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bt1111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bt1111 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account.

bt1111 reserves the right to close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all funds therein, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, and audio-visual elements, is the property of bt1111 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bt1111.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 bt1111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, and circumstances beyond bt1111's control may cause temporary unavailability. bt1111 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

11.3 bt1111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data

bt1111 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such processing. bt1111 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bt1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bt1111's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process.
